  • Please pray for Kate that she is in good health and that her MRI is normal.
  • For Romy, born one week early on June 27, and is experiencing an erratic heartbeat. We pray that God’s healing touch will help this baby girl’s heart beat strong and sure, and that she grows rich in His love.
  • Please pray for Matt who has been in and out of the hospital with many seizures.  He is also autistic and has many health issues.
  • Please pray for Doug to make the proper changes with his employees.
  • Please pray for Joyce.

  • Please pray in thanksgiving to God for prayers answered!  Joe was released from the hospital to wait at home until his bone marrow transplants!  Thank you for the prayers for Joe.

  • Please pray for Mary Baiardo, who passed away Thursday, June 20th.   Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her.   Please also pray for her family during this time of loss.  Mary is the grandmother to Father John B Gizler, III, former Pastor of Holy Sepulcher.  The funeral Mass will be Thursday, June 27th at Saint John the Baptist Parish in Baden, PA.
  • Please pray for Beverly who has lost her husband, her three children, and a grandchild recently.  She has a strong faith that keeps her going.
  • Please pray for Maggie who has moved into a nursing home recently.
  • Please pray for Joe who continues to battle a very strong type of leukemia.  Pray that they find a bone marrow match ASAP.

  • Prayers of thanksgiving for a prayer request from the other day which was answered. The situation resolved and had a positive outcome for the young man involved!  Thanks to the prayer chain members and Saint Jude!  Forgiveness might be difficult but as long as this young man came out alright was all that mattered!!

  • Please pray for Joann.  She was diagnosed with recurring cancer, lyme disease, and bronchitis all in the same day.  Please pray that she regains her health and strength so that she can handle the chemo that she will undergo starting in a few weeks.

  • Sister Gregory Schessler OSF, sister of parishioner Paul Schessler, aunt of parishioner Bill (Laurie) Schessler, who died on June 21st. Sr. Gregory’s obituary can be found HERE. May the Lord welcome her into the glory of Eternal Life.
  • Dolores, a parishioner’s mother, who is hospitalized after an extended illness. Doctors are not sure what is going on and she will be getting lung biopsies done. Prayers for healing are appreciated.

  • Please pray for the family and friends of Ian Campbell who died in an accident over the weekend.  
  • Please pray for Norma who starts her chemo treatments for stage 4 colon cancer tomorrow.

Betty Semler is the aunt of Father Ken Marlovits and cousin of Father Albert Semler.
  • Linda Nard, sister of parishioner Christine (Harry) Kirsch, who passed away on Wednesday. Linda’s obituary can be found HERE. May her soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. May her family be comforted in their loss.

  • Please pray for Andy who is now in hospice with only days left and for his family who has cared for him since he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer just a few months ago.
  • Please pray for Bob who will be tested soon for an aortic aneurysm that has increased in size in his chest.  Please pray for good results.
  • Please pray for Gregg, the friend of a parishioner,  who passed away yesterday while vacationing in Canada. Prayers for the family as they travel home. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him.
  • All praise and gratitude to our Lord, Mary, St.Joseph and the Padre for their compassionate intercession on behalf of Baby Jack. He has improved so much in six weeks that even though he now is a “4 week premie”, he is fit enough to be discharged into the loving care of his parents a home. He still has a few minor diagnostic tests , but nothing critical. The family sincerely thanks everyone who prayed, put him on prayer chains ,or sent mass cards. All our prayers have been answered. We cannot thank you enough and you are in our prayers, too.

  • Christy, a parishioner, who will be taking her USMLE Step 2 Clinical Knowledge test on Friday. Please pray that she will be blessed with the peace that only Jesus can give. That the Holy Spirit will control her mind and thoughts and help her recall what she studied. 
  • Marcella and Matt, mother and son, who both had surgery on Wednesday. Marcella on her back and Matt on his knee.
  • Please keep Paul in your prayers, as he begins treatment for cancer of the lung, coming from colon cancer.
  • Please pray for Linda and Carl.  Carl has bone cancer and Linda is his only caretaker.
  • Please pray for Barb S. who has many health and financial problems.
  • Please pray for Carol S for healing of her intense and acute back pain.  Pray that she will receive the appropriate workup that will sort out the problem and treatment.

  • F. Genevieve Barber, a member of Holy Sepulcher Parish, who passed away on Sunday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 20th at 10:30 am at Holy Sepulcher Church. Genevieve’s obituary can be found HERE. May she be one with all the saints in Heavenly Glory and Eternal Joy.
  • Darol, the sister of a parishioner who recently found out that her cancer is back. A PET Scan is scheduled for Thursday to determine the extent.
  • Judi, the sister of a parishioner, who is having ongoing issues with nausea and fever. Pray that doctors can determine the cause and provide treatment.
  • Jack who had emergency surgery Tuesday.
  • Please keep Lynn in your prayers as he continues his battle with cancer.  They are starting a very strong chemo that is his last chance. 
  • Please pray for Dan as he begins chemotherapy today.  Pray for his  healing and for his family as he goes through this treatment. Pray for his medical team for God to guide them as they treat him.

  • Please pray for Marie, a 47 year old woman, who is in critical condition after surgery. She’s on life-support and was only given a 5% chance to live so we need a miracle.
  • Please pray for Sister Joyce L. who lives in Erie.  She is in the hospital with complicated issues.   
  • Please keep Mel in prayer as he had surgery Friday.
  • Please pray for Ann D who has severe side effects from a pneumonia shot that was given to her while she was in the hospital.  She has shortness of breath, nausea, loss of appetite and is very weak.  
  • Please continue to pray for Bill who is still in his manic state.

Heavenly Father,

as they care for their families.
Give them strength and wisdom,
tenderness and patience;
support them in the work they have to do,
protecting those who look to them,
as we look to you for love and salvation,
through Jesus Christ our rock and defender.

Today is a big day for him..another brain scan to verify no further blood leakage and an eye retina test to check his sight. Praise to our Lord, His Mother, St. Joseph and St.Pio for their past and continued blessings and the family humbly asks for your prayers.

  • Please pray for young teenage girl with cancer of the nose and skull.  Extensive surgery with a metal plate in her head.  She said to her family “Don’t worry.  God has this!”

  • Please pray for Randy a young student who is pregnant and the father taking no responsibility. She has been in premature labor 3 times and loves the little girl child she is carrying
  • Please continue to pray for Diane.  When she fell she apparently broke her neck and stopped breathing. Husband Jim gave CPR-totally paralyzed and on a ventilator. Please also pray for son Adam.

  • Pope Francis, the successor to Saint Peter chosen under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, that he might he be supported in continuing the mission of the Church. May we along with Pope Francis take up that mission to evangelize and proclaim the Gospel, so that God’s grace may touch the heart of every man and of every woman and lead them to Him.
  • Please pray for Art who is in hospice.  Please also keep his family in prayer.
  • Please pray for Mrs. K. of Clarion County who was burned on 90% of her body due to a house fire caused by a gas leak.  She is in critical condition.
  • Please pray for Ann who has gone into a-fib once again and has been in a-fib for over 24 hours.  She is totally exhausted and needs to covert to regular heartbeat.
